How to add a post purchase survey

Post-purchase surveys give you a chance to learn how customers feel about your products or services in order to improve on them, and it also provides an opportunity to gain feedback on the overall buying process in an unobtrusive manner.

ReConvert has a Post-Purchase survey widget, which allows you to gain this information and more. We'll take you through the process in this tutorial.

Creating a survey

1️⃣ Click the Thank you Pages menu on the Reconvert Dashboard. Select Post Purchase Surveys

2️⃣ Click the “Create a new survey” button

3️⃣ Enter your survey title and click 'Save title' button

||| ⚠️ WARNING: be aware that customers will see the title (though this can be disabled via the tick-box on the Thank You Page.

4️⃣ Questions go in the Question box, with four possible answer types

The following limitations and considerations for post-purchase checkout extensions apply:

The Flow Builder page is designed to allow you to manage upsells and cross-sells all over your store in a single place. On this page you will be able to see each page and step in your customers' purchase flow and decide what widgets to add and when.

This article will get you acquainted with the different parts of the Flow Builder page, so that you know how to use them to set up the right upselling and cross-selling flow for your store.

The page has 4 main areas:

1. Pages

On the left side of the page, you can find the Pages navigation menu. This menu allows you to navigate between the different pages in your store and edit the widgets you added to each of them.

To navigate to your desired page- hover over this menu and click the page of your choice.

Using this feature can help you make your customer feel special by offering them something from your store on their birthday. The information will be synced into the Shopify customer card as a note. What's best for you, is that birthday emails have a 481% higher transaction rate than promotional emails!

Adding the Widget

1️⃣ Go to your Thank you Page builder.

2️⃣ Select Customize to open a thank you page

3️⃣ In the left area or right area menu , select add section and click Birthday collector widget

The birthday collector widget allows you to do the following:

Customize the free text section.
Choose the date format.
Customize the placeholder text.
Customize the submit button text, text color and button color.
