The following limitations and considerations for post-purchase checkout extensions apply:

On the left side of the page, you can find the Pages navigation menu. This menu allows you to navigate between the different pages in your store and edit the widgets you added to each of them.

To navigate to your desired page- hover over this menu and click the page of your choice.

As part of your administration and record-keeping, you may want to add tags or notes, to orders generated or edited by Upsell.com. We enable you to do this in the Order Actions setting.

You can use this section to:

Tag Upsell.com orders
Add order notes to orders edited/generated by Upsell.com
Keep/hide conversion details to Upsell.com orders

Accessing order settings

On your Upsell.com dashboard, click Settings and select General Settings

Scroll down to order actions

You will see the following options:

You can add any note you like & include the following dynamic tags:

Original order number
Original order link
Converting widget

Order tags

Limited to 40 characters, you can tag orders generated by Upsell.com with your own tags or include the following dynamic tags:

Original order number

On-hold Tag

The On-hold status is initiated by Shopify for 1 hour on any order where the Post-purchase page was displayed. Tag orders with "on hold" when order status is on hold and "not on hold" when order status is no

Conditions allow you to segment your customers and show each of them a different set of widgets.

With conditions, you can create more accurate and personalized flows in the Flow Builder, showing each customer the right offer at the right time based on their properties and actions.

Conditions are placed inside pages
Slots are created inside conditions, each slot represents a specific location on the page
Widgets are grouped inside slots

This means that conditions control which widget groups appear in a specific location on a specific page.

Once a slot is placed in your Shopify editor, its location remains fixed - conditions only change the content within the slot, not its placement.
