# Will I get billed if the Upsell.com app is installed but not active? | Shopify

You will be billed if Upsell.com is installed, regardless of whether or not the app is active.

After you have enjoyed your one-time free 14 day trial, you will be charged monthly in arrears for Upsell.com according to the Pricing Plan.

Our Pricing Plan can be found on our [pricing table](https://upsell.com/pricing) here - though you are always welcome to check in with our Customer Care team if you need clarification.


After the free trial, stores on the **free Growth plan are not charged while they remain within Growth limits**. Paid Scale, Elite, or Enterprise pricing applies when your volume requires a higher tier. See https\://upsell.com/pricing.
