The survey process covers the first step of getting information from your customers, after that you need to make sure that the data you get is actually useful. Once you've conducted your Post Purchase Surveys, Upsell.com gives you the option to collect the information and view the answers.

Colleting customer feedback is great. But it's what you do with that data that really matters. Here's how to extract the data from your Post Purchase Surveys so you can draw out useful business insights.

Collecting the Answers

Here's what you have to do to:

1️⃣ Click the Thank you Pages menu on the Upsell.com Dashboard. Select Post Purchase Surveys

2️⃣ Export the survey answers as a CSV file

💡 TIP: After downloading, you can then open the exported file using Google sheets or Excel
