# How to use product category conditions on Upsell.com | Wix

Learn how to utilize the **product category** condition to enhance your upsell and cross-sell strategies. This feature allows you to target specific categories, enabling more precise and personalized offers.

1. Click on **Add Condition** within your flow

2. From the dropdown menu, select **product category**

3. Select whether you wish the condition to be triggered if:- a) at least one product in the customer's cart contains a product from the selected category; or b) every product in the customer's cart are products from the selected category

4. Select whether you wish the condition to trigger if the product **is/are** from a certain category/categories or **is/are not** from a certain category/categories

5. Choose the specific **category** for which you wish to show/not show widgets and then click **save**
