# How to uninstall Upsell.com from your store | Wix

That said, uninstalling Upsell.com from Wix is a process managed by Wix, and we, unfortunately, have no control over it. But don’t worry - we’ll walk you through it step by step.

### 🔧 Steps to uninstall Upsell.com from Wix

##### 1️⃣ Delete Upsell.com from Your Store

1. Log in to your **Wix Dashboard**
2. Click on **Apps** > **Manage Apps**
3. Find **Upsell.com** in the list
4. Click on the **three dots (...)** next to the app
5. Select **Delete**

📌 **Note:** You’ll now be prompted to cancel your subscription before fully uninstalling the app.  

##### 2️⃣ Cancel your subscription

1. Click on **Go to Premium Subscription**
2. Cancel the subscription by selecting:
* **Cancel Auto-Renew**  
* **Cancel Subscription**  
* **Cancel Now**  

##### 3️⃣ Finalize the deletion

1. Return to **Apps** > **Manage Apps**
2. Click the **three dots (...)** next to Upsell.com again
3. Select **Delete**

##### 4️⃣ Confirm in the Wix Editor

1. Click **Go to Editor** and wait for the editor to load

2. Choose a **reason** for deleting the app

3. Click **Delete App**

##### 5️⃣ Publish Your Store

To apply the changes:  

1. Click **Publish**

2. Click **Done**

### ✅ What Happens Next?

Once you complete these steps:  

✔️ Upsell.com will be **removed** from your store  
✔️ Your **subscription will be canceled** (so you won’t be charged)  
✔️ Your **store will be updated**
