How to integrate Upsell.com with Rebuy recommendations engine | Legacy

Rebuy Recommendations is an amazing Shopify app that allows you to show personalized product recommendations using a proprietary algorithm. Integrate it with Upsell.com to start showing personalized products in your upsell and cross-sell offers. Maximum conversion, here we come!

With the new Upsell.com and Rebuy integration, you can display recommended products in the:

• Product Upsell section
• Product Recommendations section
• Post-Purchase Upsell section

You can set up the integration with just a few clicks and start generating more conversions from your thank you page.

How to Enable the Integration

1. Go to your Thank You Page builder by clicking the Thank You Pages dropdown as shown below

2. Select Customize to open a thank you page

3. In the Left Area or Right Area menu, select Add Section and click Product Recommendations (this feature is also available in the Upsell section)

4. Open Product Options. In the Products to Display drop-down, select Rebuy Recommendations

> 📝 Note: If you don't have Rebuy installed on your store yet, you'll see an Install button that will take you to Rebuy's app listing in the Shopify App Store

5. Click the Install button, which will be replaced by a Check Status button. Once you've installed Rebuy on your store, you will receive a success message

The integration is seamless, so once you get an Integration Activated message, you're good to go

Adding the Integration to the Post-Purchase Upsell

1. Open a funnel from your list of funnels

2. Click the pencil icon on the funnel to open the Offer Editor

3. Click Product Options

4. Select Rebuy

Once you get an Integration Activated message, you're good to go. After completing these steps, product recommendations from the Rebuy algorithm will now be displayed on your post-purchase upsell
