How to find Upsell.com orders? | Legacy

In order to view your Upsell.com Orders you can do one of the following:

Tag the orders ( Our recommendation )

On Upsell.com dashboard go to:

Settings -> General settings -> Order actions -> Tag orders with upsells generated by Upsell.com -> Add tags (converting widget) (Upsell.com)

Note: These settings will only apply for future orders generated by Upsell.com

How to filter Upsell.com orders in the orders admin

Orders-> + (use filter) -> tag “Upsell.com”

Filter the orders by sales channel

On your Shopify dashboard select:

Orders -> Filter -> App -> Upsell.com

Please note: this method works for the thank you page upsell only. When enabled you have the option of creating a new order on the upsell

Check the Upsell.com latest activity

Click ‘View Full Report’ at the bottom which will open your Latest Activity Report
