How do I use and understand the Upsell.com for Wix Dashboard? | Wix
Here’s a quick overview of how to use and understand your Upsell.com dashboard.
In the video, starting at 3:12, you can see a live example of how the analytics update after a purchase. It walks through adding an upsell product to the cart, completing the purchase, and observing the updated analytics on the dashboard. You’ll see how impressions, clicks, conversions, and total revenue are all tracked in real time.
Accessing the Upsell.com dashboard
- Log in to your Wix account. From the left menu, click Upsell.com to access the app. You’ll land on the Upsell.com dashboard

App status - enabling / disabling the app - uninstallation
- At the top right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find the app status toggle
- You can enable or disable the app. When enabled, the app is active and functioning
- Disabling the app only pauses its functionality; it does not pause or cancel billing. To stop charges, you must uninstall Upsell.com from your store by following Wix’s uninstall instructions

Help and checkout editor
- Next to the app status, you’ll find the help button. Click it to access video tutorials or open the checkout editor in a new tab

- In the checkout editor, you can customise your checkout page. Click the help video button at the top right corner to watch a tutorial

Date picker
- Below the checkout editor button, you’ll see a date picker
- This allows you to select the time period for which you want to view analytics

Overall analytics cards
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find four main analytics cards:
- Revenue generated: total revenue from Upsell.com sections that converted
- Impressions: how many times your sections were viewed
- Conversions: total number of offers that converted and were paid for
- Conversion rate: conversion rate based on views and conversions
- Average accepted order value: average revenue per upsell purchase

Per section analytics
Below the main analytics, you’ll find per-section analytics, displaying performance for each section individually.
Metrics include:
- Impressions: number of times the section was viewed
- Clicks: number of times a product was added to cart
- Click-through rate: ratio of clicks to impressions
- Conversions: number of upsells that converted
- Conversion rate: ratio of conversions to impressions
- Total revenue generated: revenue produced by that section
