Does Upsell.com works with RTL stores?
Unfortunately, Upsell.com does not have the option to change the widgets on the thank you page from LTR (Left-To-Right) to RTL (Right-To-Left).
However, Upsell.com will support this feature on the actual page if you have RTL enabled on your store.
RTL languages include but are not limited to:
- Arabic
- Urdu
- Hebrew
- Dhivehi/Maldivian
- Kurdish (Sorani)
- Persian/Farsi
- Aramaic
- Azeri
In the app, you have 2 options:
- You can create your own template or
- Use our pre-made template - “Conversion Monster”
Once completed, preview it on the actual page to view your RTL settings.
Below are a few suggestions:
- Remove timers - the seconds and minutes may cause unnecessary issues
- If you have enabled the popup widget - delete the “Text after discount” field
- The arrows on the product recommendations and the upsell may become inverted - change the number of product recommendations and number of images for the upsell in the settings
